Is this a subscription?
No. Each bundle is a single flat fee, paid once. There's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
When do I actually pay?
You can complete the entire questionnaire and preview your draft documents for free. You're only charged when you're ready to finalize and download the watermark-free, final versions.
How does couple pricing work?
For the Wills bundle, you and your spouse each build your own plan and pay once for both instead of twice. For the Trusts bundle, you can instead choose a single joint trust that names you both as co-grantors from the start — one shared trust, one price, though each spouse still gets their own pour-over will.
Can I get both bundles?
Yes. Every Trusts bundle already includes a pour-over will as a backstop, but many people still start with a Wills bundle and add a Trusts bundle later once they acquire real estate or want to avoid probate.
Is pricing the same in every state?
Yes — the price is flat nationwide, even though the documents themselves are built to your state's specific witnessing and execution requirements.
